Structural Coupled Electromagnetic Sensing of Defects Diagnostic System

چکیده

Magnetic flux leakage (MFL) detection methods are widely used to detect pipeline defects. However, it is limited by the orientation and magnetization. Besides, bulky excitation systems incapable of adapting complex environments. This article proposes a new electromagnetic structured coupling sensing merging alternating current field measurement MFL within multiparameter system for different types defects detection. In particular, novel sensor structure proposed, which enables simultaneous interaction between modes yoke coil. integrated magnetizing axial circumferential surface subsurface while coil excites uniform recognizes defect. The highly sensitive both Simulation experiments on in several samples have been conducted validate reliability efficiency proposed system.
